He is also a Fellow of the World Business Academy and a former member of the Board of Governors of the International Association of Coaches. Milo's research and consulting focus on design thinking, human motivation, and organizational transformation. He highlights the power of language in thought and action for innovation and creativity at work. For more than 35 years, his acclaimed executive programs on transformative learning and creating breakthrough have been presented in Australia, Norway, England, Scotland, The Netherlands and throughout the United States.
